This year we have kicked up our annual holiday event and have included all of High Street.
On Wednesday, November 26th, High Street is going to be glowing with excitment. What better place to have a “tree lighting ceremony?”
* 4 - 8 pm - general festivities (this will vary between stores).
* 5pm - lighting of the tree
* 6-8 pm Horse and Carriage rides through the museum grounds. $5 per ride per person with ALL proceeds going to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation.

If you’re planning to join us on Sunday, we encourage you to call and get your tickets now. This isn’t going to be just a catwalk show - it’s going to be a performance. The models are trained dancers and the show is professionally choreographed by Tracy Friesen. The mix of fashion and dance are sure to make it a memorable afternoon.
The cost of admission is $10, with tickets available only in advance. All proceeds from the tickets are donated to the I-India organization in Jaipur India which provides homeless/orphan children with food, a home, clothing, medical treatment, vocational training and education.

This nurturing workshop is about gently opening the body and achieving deep relaxation. Blankets, blocks, walls, straps and props are used to support the body in poses for several minutes at a time. The
result is a soothing practice that leaves you feeling nourished and restored. A great complement to a regular yoga practice, or for anyone with stress in their lives. Leave feeling like you have had a massage without the therapist.
During the workshop, Laeonie will teach you how to get into these postures at home so you can replicate the restorative experience..
