·         Sweet Potato Soup – sautéing, boiling, pureeing

·         Fresh Beet Slaw - mincing

·         Fresh Vegetable Stir Fry - frying

·         Sorbet – blending and mixing OR

·         Zabaglione – whipping and cooking
