As an a delicious alternative to the traditional bouquet of flowers, I have created a bouquet of chocolate that will make any mother happy. This bouquet contains three sheets of chocolate bark:

1) Venezulan Milk Chocolate with Candied Ginger and Candied Nuts
2) White Chocolate with Rosemary and Apple
3) Dark Chocolate with Pumpkin Seed Brittle
